Monument preserved headquarter building of the Vienna Chamber of Labor in the 4th District of Vienna has been converted into a modern office building, meeting requirements of the present. The project consisted of the general renovation of the existing building and the construction of a new office extension in the garden.
BHR structured, designed and implemented project organisation for development and refurbishment. Supervision and monitoring of implemented project management on a regular basis. Advise boards of institution on all real estate issues.
