SIGNA Development Fund I

Fund acquired properties amounting to € 1,2 B (e.g. Bank Austria Headquarter, Bawag Headquarter, Rivergate, Forum Salzburg, Kaufhaus Tyrol, Villa Eden Gardone and Sevens). The portfolio covers retail, hotels and offices predominantly in Vienna but also with properties in West Austria, Italy and Germany.

BHR directs and coordinates all Investment and Asset Management activities. Report on quarterly basis about fund performance to investors. Manage and control day to day financial business for all SPV’s.

SIGNA PRIME

SIGNA Prime owns a unique portfolio with trophy real estates in Austria and Germany. Fund focuses on a continuous acquisition of core assets in prime locations as a long-term investment.
